Whether you have been charged with a Misdemeanor, First Degree Felony or anything in between we know when to negotiate, and when to fight, but never roll over to the Prosecution. We even take on Juvenile cases that have the potential to be Certified as Adult Felonies. Additionally, we are proud to announce we have certified by the Northern District of Texas to accept cases brought on by the United States of America (Federal).
Family Law
We do not take on every family law issue that may arise because our firm specializes on issues of importance to us and subject matters we can attain elite proficiency in. As such North Texas Legal Defense is prepared to offer you our expertise in the areas of child custody and child protective services cases. Family is important to every Texan and preserving the rights of parents is a fundamental right outlined in our U.S. Constitution that must be preserved.
